At Hibaaf Fashion, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are
not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible.
2. How to Request a Return

you with the return process.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after inspection of returned items.
- Refunds are processed amd credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- COD refunds are done via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered for size or defective items. If the required size is unavailable, a refund or store
credit will be provided.
Exchanges and Replacement products will be delieverd within 7 DAYS

- Customized or altered garments
- Discounted or clearance sale items
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
along with photographs and your order ID.
