Return & Refund Policy

At Hibaaf Fashion, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at hibaaf.fashion@gmail.com or call us at +91 99711 30956 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you with the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after inspection of returned items.
  • Refunds are processed amd credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds are done via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered for size or defective items. If the required size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Exchanges and Replacement products will be delieverd within 7 DAYS

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered garments
  • Discounted or clearance sale items

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs and your order ID.
